Our Offshore Technical Services division recently assisted an international operator offshore West Africa on one of their contracted drilling units. There had been numerous incidents over the preceding six months that thankfully did not result in any personnel injury but were of growing concern to the operator.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
AqualisBraemar conducted a full inspection of the\nareas of the drilling unit most at risk of Dropped Objects and identified\nnumerous significant findings. Furthermore, this was supplemented by a\nManagement Systems Audit to understand further how the incidents were occurring\nwith the aim of reducing the likelihood of any further incidents. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
