The office is being opened to support the delivery of that contract, as well as other existing workstreams and additional subsequent projects.<\/p>\n<p>LOC Mozambique will offer the Company\u2019s core services, including <a href=\"https:\/\/loc-group.com\/services\/loss-prevention\/marine-warranty-survey\/\">marine warranty surveys<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/loc-group.com\/services\/loss-prevention\/surveys-inspections-audits\/\">vessel surveys and inspections<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/loc-group.com\/services\/consulting-engineering\/marine-engineering-consultancy\/\">marine engineering consultancy<\/a> for the local <a href=\"https:\/\/loc-group.com\/sector\/oil-gas\/\">offshore energy market<\/a>. This approach has proved successful with previous office openings, including <a href=\"https:\/\/loc-group.com\/offices\/americas\/tampico\/\">Mexico<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/loc-group.com\/offices\/americas\/rio-de-janeiro\/\">Brazil<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/loc-group.com\/offices\/asia-pacific\/shanghai\/\">China<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/loc-group.com\/offices\/asia-pacific\/mumbai\/\">India<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/loc-group.com\/offices\/asia-pacific\/seoul\/\">South Korea<\/a>, among others.<\/p>\n<p>The opening of an office in Mozambique represents an extension of LOC\u2019s existing expertise across Africa, having worked on numerous projects across the continent over the past 30 years, including: <a href=\"https:\/\/loc-group.com\/offices\/europe-africa\/egypt\/\">Egypt<\/a>, Senegal, Ivory Coast, Libya, Tanzania, Kenya, Rwanda and many more.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Commenting, <a href=\"https:\/\/loc-group.com\/our-people\/cris-partridge\/\">Cris Partridge<\/a>, LOC Regional Director, said:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe are very excited about the prospect of expanding our African footprint with a branch in Mozambique.
