Reference is made to the previous announcements by AqualisBraemar ASA (the \n“Company”) in respect of the rights issue of 8,882,575 new shares in the Company \n(the “Rights Issue”) and the private placement of 4,375,000 new shares in the \nCompany (the “Private Placement”). \n \n<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The share capital increase pertaining to the Rights Issue and the Private \nPlacement has now been registered in the Norwegian Register of Business \nEnterprises (Nw. Foretaksregisteret) and the new shares will be listed and \ntradable on the Oslo Stock Exchange from today. The Company’s new share capital \nis NOK 7,041,643.5 divided into 70,416,435 shares, each with a nominal value of \nNOK 0.1. \n \n<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The new shares issued in the Rights Issue and the Private Placement are expected \nto be registered on the respective subscribers’ VPS accounts on or about 16 July \n2019 subject to the relevant subscriber having paid the subscription amount. \n \n<\/p>\n\n\n\n
