Amish Sanghavi, finance director, has been allocated 53,559 offer shares, of \nwhich 40,995 is based on the number of subscription rights allocated to him and \n12,564 is based on over-subscription. Following the issuance of the new shares \nin the Rights Issue, Amish Sanghavi and his close associates will own 330 553 \nshares in the Company. \n \n<\/p>\n\n\n\n
