Reference is made to the ongoing fully underwritten rights issue (the “Rights \nissue”) in AqualisBraemar ASA (the “Company”). \n \n<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kim Boman, CFO, has subscribed for 105 000 rights issue shares, of which 105 000 \ncorresponds to the number of subscription rights allocated to him based on his \nexisting shareholding. Following the issuance of the new shares in the Rights \nIssue, he and his close associates will own at least 605 000 shares in the \nCompany. \n \n<\/p>\n\n\n\n
