He has \nsold 142 subscription rights at a price of NOK 0.00 per subscription right. \nFollowing the sale, Rodger Dickson holds 0 subscription rights. Following the \nissuance of the new shares in the Rights Issue, he and his close associates will \nown at least 619 500 shares in the Company. \n \n<\/p>\n\n\n\n
