Reference is made to the ongoing fully underwritten rights issue (the “Rights \nissue”) in AqualisBraemar ASA (the “Company”). \n \n<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ben Lazenby, Regional Managing Director Middle East in AqualisBraemar, has \nsubscribed for 32 550 rights issue shares, of which 32 550 corresponds to the \nnumber of subscription rights allocated to him based on his existing \nshareholding. Following the issuance of the new shares in the Rights Issue, he \nand his close associates will own at least 187 550 shares in the Company. \n \n<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Rodger Dickson, Group MD Rig Moving & Offshore operations, has subscribed for \n107 534 rights issue shares, of which 107 534 corresponds to the number of \nsubscriptiosn rights allocated to him based on his existing shareholding. \nFollowing the issuance of the new shares in the Rights Issue, he and his close \nassociates will own at least 619 602 shares in the Company \n \n<\/p>\n\n\n\n
