For example creating a maintenance route to cover all gas detectors by zone, as opposed to generating 1 work order per gas detector&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sequencing maintenance is focused on developing a synchronised schedule for multiple jobs for 1 equipment type, such as maintenance on diesel generator whereby the 6 monthly and yearly tasks would be suppressed when the 2 yearly was triggered<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Packaging can be used to maintain different types of equipment at the same time across a defined boundary, like a package or a system. This isn\u2019t as simple as disposing of the stock you haven\u2019t used in the last five years. You need to assess your stock against your risk profile, and make educated decisions based on reliable information.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Once the initial study is complete, we then review the spares that can be disposed of to identify what can be sold. This involves a site visit and inspection, as well as the preparation of a valuation to showcase how and where the parts can be sold, and how much
