The investigation was carried out over the\u00a0summer onshore, overwater in the Deben estuary, and up to 14km offshore. A geophysical survey was complemented by CPTs, cable percussive and rotary boreholes. The investigation was undertaken from a jack up, via a pontoon, and from an offshore vessel.<\/p>\n<p>OWC have been commended by Paul Stearns, Head of Construction at ScottishPower Renewables Offshore for the \u201chighly professional way that [OWC] have managed the package over the last two months\u201d.
