Donald MacMillan will head up the new entity, alongside his roles as ABL\u2019s country manager in KSA and Bahrain.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The decision follows a new investment licence being granted by the Ministry of Investment of Saudi Arabia (MISA).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The new entity, which once commercial registration has been completed, will be named ABL Marine Services LLC. The entity has been granted a license for a number of marine and offshore activities. The list includes marine surveys and inspections, <a href=\"https:\/\/abl-group.com\/abl\/loss-prevention\/marine-warranty-survey\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">marine warranty surveys<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/abl-group.com\/abl\/loss-management\/marine-casualty-management\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">marine casualty management services<\/a>, construction and repair of ports, docks and marine facilities, towing operations and more.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"alignright size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/abl-group.com\/abl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/Ben-Lanzenby-Headshot.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-35395\" width=\"221\" height=\"233\" srcset=\"https:\/\/abl-group.com\/abl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/Ben-Lanzenby-Headshot.jpg 447w, https:\/\/abl-group.com\/abl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/Ben-Lanzenby-Headshot-284x300.jpg 284w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 221px) 100vw, 221px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>\u201cWe have been servicing our clients in KSA since 2013. This is a key reason for establishing an entity in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia,\u201d<\/p><cite>Ben Lazenby, ABL\u2019s regional managing director for Middle East and India.<\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>The new office in Saudi Arabia adds to an already extensive ABL presence in the Middle East. The company is already present in Abu Dhabi and Dubai in United Arab Emirates; Cairo, Egypt; Manama, Bahrain; and Doha, Qatar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>ABL is part of ABL Group ASA, which is listed on the Oslo stock exchange.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/abl-group.com\/abl\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">ABL Group<\/a> will be present at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.adipec.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">ADIPEC<\/a> in Abu Dhabi from 31 October to 3 November 2022.
