ABL Group <\/strong><\/a> further strengthens its market-leading marine warranty survey (MWS)<\/a> offering to the offshore renewables industries with new dedicated global technical director, Peter Croll<\/a>, to lead the company\u2019s Renewables MWS and Transportation & Installation (T&I) business line.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

In his new role, Croll will act as a global technical authority to strategically position ABL to service continued substantial growth in the offshore wind MWS sector.  Peter will also lead the transition of MWS skills for offshore wind farms, to other emerging technologies, such as floating solar PV, wave and tidal energy, green hydrogen production and energy storage projects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“MWS and marine assurance services in T&I and Operations & Maintenance (O&M) phases of offshore wind farms, interconnectors, and other green energy technologies, is a core part of ABL’s business. International energy and marine consultancy ABL has provided marine warranty services for the T&I and O&M operations of more than 90 offshore wind farms in 17 countries since the early 2000s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Croll, based in London, has specialist experience in subsea cable laying engineering, design and MWS.
