She joined OWC in 2018 and has excelled in various roles since, including leading the UK operation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In her new role, Phillips will oversee OWC\u2019s growing international operations, including offices in London, Edinburgh, Hamburg, Warsaw, Taipei, Tokyo, Busan, Seoul, Boston and New York. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>She succeeds Will Cleverly, who has moved into a newly established role as global managing director for renewables across the <a href=\"https:\/\/abl-group.com\/abl\/\">ABL Group<\/a>, which includes P&amp;L responsibility for renewables players OWC, Innosea, and East Point Geo, as well as global coordination of the renewables offering across the group. With a background in structural engineering, Katherine brings experience of senior leadership roles on floating and fixed offshore wind projects as well her OWC roles over the last number of years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-text-color has-background has-lightgrey-background-color has-lightgrey-color is-style-default\"\/>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p><em>\u201cKatherine is a hugely important part of the OWC family and brings a wealth of expertise in offshore wind from both her time at OWC and prior experience in senior engineering positions.
