{"id":18691,"date":"2021-05-21T05:12:42","date_gmt":"2021-05-21T04:12:42","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/abl-group.com\/abl\/?p=18691"},"modified":"2021-05-21T05:12:43","modified_gmt":"2021-05-21T04:12:43","slug":"disclosure-of-large-shareholding-3","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/abl-group.com\/abl\/all-media\/news\/investor-news\/2021\/disclosure-of-large-shareholding-3\/","title":{"rendered":"Disclosure of large shareholding"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><em>*** This notice was originally published on 19 May 2021, and has been updated to include the attached notification form ***<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-buttons is-content-justification-center is-layout-flex wp-block-buttons-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-button is-style-outline is-style-outline--1\"><a class=\"wp-block-button__link has-darkgrey-color has-text-color\">Download the Notification form<\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Braemar Shipping Services Plc (\u201cBraemar\u201d) has on 19 May 2021 sold 9,640,621 shares in AqualisBraemar LOC ASA (\u201cAqualisBraemar LOC\u201d or the \u201cCompany\u201d), representing 10.05% of the Company\u2019s outstanding shares and voting rights, at a price of NOK 9.00 per share.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The shares were sold through a bookbuilding process managed by SpareBank 1 Markets AS as sole bookrunner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Following the transaction, Braemar holds 0 shares in AqualisBraemar LOC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Braemar also holds 6,523,977 performance-based warrants (the \u201cWarrants\u201d), as further described in the notice of and minutes from the Company&#8217;s extraordinary general meeting held on 14 December 2020. Assuming full vesting of the Warrants, Braemar will hold 6,523,977 shares and rights to shares corresponding to 6.80% of the currently registered share capital of the Company.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gross Management AS, a company controlled by Glen R\u00f8dland, Chairman of AqualisBraemar LOC\u2019s Board of Directors, has today acquired 100,000 shares in the Company, at a price of NOK 9.00 per share.
