The signing ceremony was carried out virtually.&nbsp;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The memorandum of understanding has been signed to foster international cooperation to jointly research and collaboratively develop equipment\/engineering and relevant technologies that enhance&nbsp;the development of offshore aquaculture.
