Using a combination of <strong>oral interviews<\/strong> and <strong>scenario-based analysis<\/strong>, the assessments explored leadership, safety culture, technical expertise, emergency response, and regulatory compliance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u201cThis second round of assessments demonstrates the strength of collaboration between our <strong>Ports &amp;
