Experienced offshore energy professional and marine warranty business leader, <\/strong>Oliver Neill<\/strong><\/a>, has been promoted to the position of Director of Major Projects for ABL\u2019s marine warranty survey (MWS)<\/a> operations in England.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

A naval architect, Oliver brings extensive experience in the project management of large-scale energy infrastructure projects with multinational supply chains. Having joined ABL in 2016, then known as London Offshore Consultants (LOC), Oliver has worked on some of the company\u2019s largest MWS projects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

His distinguished track record includes lead project manager for the MWS scope on the Tengizchevroil (TCO) FGP-WPMP (Future Growth Project-Wellhead Pressure Management Project)<\/a>, in Kazakhstan. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Following this, Oliver was the lead project manager, overseeing ABL\u2019s MWS and Marine Assurance scopes on BP\u2019s Greater Tortue Almeyim project (GTA)<\/a> \u2013 a multi-year initiative, unlocking gas resources for Mauritania and Senegal via one of the world\u2019s deepest subsea developments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Based at ABL\u2019s operational headquarters in London, UK, Oliver will lead the major MWS projects team in England, helping to drive process and development to bring added value to projects and clients. \u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n
