{"id":119819,"date":"2024-07-11T12:00:06","date_gmt":"2024-07-11T11:00:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/abl-group.com\/abl\/?p=119819"},"modified":"2024-07-11T12:00:08","modified_gmt":"2024-07-11T11:00:08","slug":"eni-drafts-abl-for-congo-floating-lng-transportation-and-installation-verification","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/abl-group.com\/abl\/all-media\/news\/eni-drafts-abl-for-congo-floating-lng-transportation-and-installation-verification\/","title":{"rendered":"ENI drafts ABL for Congo Floating LNG transportation and installation verification"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/abl-group.com\/abl\/\"><strong>Energy and marine consultancy ABL<\/strong><\/a><strong> has been appointed by<a href=\"https:\/\/www.eni.com\/en-IT\/home.html\"> Eni <\/a>to provide <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/abl-group.com\/abl\/loss-prevention\/marine-warranty-survey\/mws-oil-and-gas\/\"><strong>marine warranty survey services (MWS)<\/strong><\/a><strong> for the offshore transportation and installation (T&amp;I) campaign for Phase 2 of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.eni.com\/en-IT\/actions\/global-activities\/republic-congo\/lng.html\">Marine XII Congo LNG<\/a> development project.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Phase 2 of the project envisages the fabrication, transportation and installation of a new floating LNG vessel (FLNG), a converted floating separation, storage and booster unit (FSU), wellhead platforms and associated tie-in pipelines and ancillaries offshore the Republic of Congo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>ABL\u2019s scope of work includes the technical review of key project and procedural documentation, drawings and calculations, the suitability surveys of the proposed marine fleet for all T&amp;I operations, and on-site attendance to review and approve attendances for warranted operations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>ABL\u2019s involvement on the project is expected to run from 2024 until the completion of the offshore works.
