{"id":11320,"date":"2020-05-12T15:00:00","date_gmt":"2020-05-12T07:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/aqualisbraemar.com\/?p=11320"},"modified":"2020-05-12T15:00:00","modified_gmt":"2020-05-12T07:00:00","slug":"aqualisbraemar-completes-heavy-lift-project","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/abl-group.com\/abl\/all-media\/news\/aqualisbraemar-completes-heavy-lift-project\/","title":{"rendered":"AqualisBraemar completes heavy lift project"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">AqualisBraemar recently undertook the third heavy-lift transportation for Northern Offshore and their fourth jack-up rig the ENERGY EDGE.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The rig was towed from the build yard at Shanghai to the anchorage where it was loaded onto the heavy lift vessel INNOVATION WAY. The loadout was conducted with the aid of the six tugs, the two lead tugs being DONG HAI JIU 101 and DONG HAI JIU\u2019, ably assisted by the tugs HAI XIU 121, GANG FU, HU TUO 6 and HU TUO 8. The project management was done by AqualisBraemar Abu Dhabi, with the onsite project management on behalf of Northern Offshore and the MWS loadout being done by AqualisBraemar Shanghai.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u201cWhile it is challenging operating in these times of restrictions, it is not impossible, and we do this on a daily business thanks to our wide network. This successful heavy lift is another example of perfect AqualisBraemar interoffice coordination in these very difficult COVID times.\u201d <\/em>Said Rodger Dickson, Group Managing Director of
