Consultant on Marine Decarbonisation at LOC, are speaking at a virtual event discussing the Poseidon Principles<\/a> as the IMO’s roadmap to reducing carbon emissions in the shipping<\/a> industry, and how their implementation is expected to influence the insurance industry moving forward.<\/p>\n

The event is hosted by the International Underwriting Association (‘IUA’)<\/a>, London.<\/p>\n

LOC has taking an active role in consulting on market-wide integration of the Poseidon Principles, by developing a bespoke software solution<\/a> for the secure and simple collection, management and assessment of data calculating carbon emissions across multi-vessel fleets.
