Richard is the Country Manager for ABL’s operations in Singapore. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

He has a master\u2019s degree in Naval Architecture and has previously held the position of Offshore Manager in Singapore, supporting the delivery of complex marine warranty survey (MWS) projects in the region.

Having joined ABL Group (then LOC) in 2011, Richard has held positions in multiple offices, including UK, Australia, the United States of America, and Singapore, for both ABL and sister company Longitude Engineering.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Richard provides naval architecture technical expertise across various aspects of marine casualties, claims, disputes and investigations, acting on behalf of P&I Clubs, H&M Underwriters and maritime lawyers. This includes stability and motion analysis, cargo securing, and moorings.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n

His experience also includes marine warranty services with involvement in many major and high-value projects and cargos globally, including construction, offshore installation, load-out, transportation, load-in, commissioning and decommissioning. As well as project management for vessel refit and superintendency roles.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n
