aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-why-abl-were-contracted\">Why ABL Were Contracted<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The client faced the following challenges:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Missing and inaccurate data in the existing Asset Register<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Unable to source the correct parts due to name plate data missing<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Wasting money ordering parts that were incorrect or obsolete<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No assurance that all equipment was accounted for and therefore being managed or maintained<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Request from corporate to execute an audit within a short time frame on 7 assets and not enough resources to liquidate the work simultaneously<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:36px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What We Did<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Conducted a Physical Asset Verification of 52,000 equipment tags, across 7 sites simultaneously to verify asset existence and collect key information using our ePAV\u2122 app to streamline the process<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collected name plate data to be able to develop Bill of Materials (BoMs)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Red-line mark up of engineering drawings to define changes that were to be implemented<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prepared CMMS load sheets for implementation into the CMMS<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow id=\"h-abl-s-findings\">ABL\u2019s Findings<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>ABL found an additional\u00a0<strong>14,352<\/strong>\u00a0tags that were missing from the clients CMMS and engineering drawings<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>82%<\/strong>&nbsp;of the name plate data was missing from the CMMS<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identified missing Safety Critical Equipment from existing CMMS<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\"><div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"alignright size-large is-resized\"><img class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>CMMS upload sheets with new and verified tags, and their critical attributes for direct implementation into the CMMS<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Red-lined as-built drawings, detailing the changes (e.g. additional equipment, changes to tag numbers, equipment that has been decommissioned) for the client to update<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>An independent \u201cValve Register\u201d<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:35px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The Benefits<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Assurance that what is on site is reflected accurately in the CMMS and therefore can be managed appropriately to mitigate risk, assure reliability and optimise costs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All safety, production and environmentally critical equipment are accounted for and can be managed to reduce exposure to risk<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Achieved audit requirements on time<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Correct name plate data is now available in the CMMS for BoMs to be developed and the correct spares to be purchased<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>An independent register including all valves on site will enable a simpler and more efficient approach to routine maintenance, such as greasing, as well as tracking of \u201clocked-open\u201d and \u201clocked-closed\u201d valves, which is
