The review covered:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The structure and content of the functional location hierarchy<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Frequency of the PM\u2019s<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Duration of PM\u2019s<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>PM description and work instructions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\"><div style=\"font-size:50px\"><strong>65%<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center has-small-font-size\">65%&nbsp;of tags had no equipment types allocated, making it difficult to document corrective work at the correct level<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:66px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-benefits-and-deliverables\">Benefits and deliverables<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Over&nbsp;<strong>$1,791,800<\/strong>&nbsp;of annual planned maintenance savings by optimizing the frequency of existing maintenance activities and duration of tasks to clarify tool time durations<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>50%<\/strong>&nbsp;of the man hour savings were derived from optimization of the asset were derived from optimization of the assets \u201clifting systems\u201d planned maintenance<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Associated cost savings were provided through the scope of work, as well as a&nbsp;<strong>reduction in the risk of safety<\/strong>&nbsp;related incidents by reducing the number of personnel required offshore per year<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Reduced workload burden<\/strong>&nbsp;by implementing the ability to group, package and nest maintenance<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Based on ABL\u2019s experience, the allocated man hours\/ tool time assigned to PM work orders were externally excessive causing an&nbsp;<strong>unrealistic burden<\/strong>&nbsp;on both man power and ability to schedule work<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-cover alignwide is-light\"><span aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-cover__background has-blue-background-color has-background-dim-0
