equipment due to missing tags in the CMMS<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Inability to assign preventative maintenance and spare parts to equipment not included in the asset register<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lack of in-house capacity to complete the verification and enrichment project in house, in the desired timeframe<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:24px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" link the tags to their associated drawings<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Completed a physical asset verification (PAV), where we:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Identified and recorded over&nbsp;<strong>1000<\/strong>&nbsp;tags that were missing from the asset register (including valves, transmitters, detectors, and control valves)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Removed over&nbsp;<strong>2700<\/strong>&nbsp;duplicate tags from the asset register due to tags existing across multiple drawing types.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Increased the manufacturer data by&nbsp;<strong>470%<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Increased the model data by&nbsp;<strong>416%<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Increased the serial number data by&nbsp;<strong>477%<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Improved meter site data accuracy from&nbsp;<strong>43%<\/strong>&nbsp;to&nbsp;<strong>100%<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Developed CMMS templates containing enriched data<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Developed an engineering report detailing data collected and changes made, with further recommendations for improvement<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div noopener\">ePAV\u2122<\/a>&nbsp;software.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This software enabled ABL to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Save&nbsp;<strong>87%<\/strong>&nbsp;on project costs for the client when compared to traditional verification and post walkdown data processing techniques<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cut&nbsp;<strong>17.5<\/strong>&nbsp;weeks off the project timeline, without compromising quality<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reduce the project team by&nbsp;<strong>60%<\/strong>, having only 4 engineers complete the PAV facilitated by our&nbsp;<a
