It is 19 km wide and 21 km long and one of the largest producing oil fields in the world. It has been operated by Tengizchevroil (&#8220;TCO&#8221;) since 1993.<\/p>\n<h3>LOC&#8217;s Scope of Work<\/h3>\n<p>LOC was appointed as <a href=\"https:\/\/loc-group.com\/services\/loss-prevention\/marine-warranty-survey\/\">Marine Warranty Surveyor (&#8220;MWS&#8221;)<\/a> to the Tengizchevroil (&#8220;TCO&#8221;) Future Growth Project-Wellhead Pressure <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-11108 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/loc-group.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/Use-this-one-final-module-300x200.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"200\" srcset=\"https:\/\/abl-group.com\/abl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/Use-this-one-final-module-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/abl-group.com\/abl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/Use-this-one-final-module-1024x682.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/abl-group.com\/abl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/Use-this-one-final-module-768x512.jpg 768w, https:\/\/abl-group.com\/abl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/Use-this-one-final-module-390x260.jpg 390w, https:\/\/abl-group.com\/abl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/Use-this-one-final-module.jpg 1280w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/>Management Project (&#8220;FGP-WPMP&#8221;) in 2015.<\/p>\n<p>The MWS scope of work related to all marine operations including loadout, sea-fastening, marine transportation, transhipment and offloading of warranted cargo. LOC approved the shipment of 408 large modular cargo items weighing up to 1,800T, and a significant amount of other project-critical equipment.<\/p>\n<p>From a CAPEX and MWS perspective, it is one of the largest projects in the <a href=\"https:\/\/loc-group.com\/sector\/oil-gas\/\">oil &amp; gas<\/a> industry to date.<\/p>\n<p>LOC began on-site work in 2017 and completed their scope of work at the end of 2020.<\/p>\n<h3>Key Features<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Reviewed nearly 14,000 documents<\/li>\n<li>Completed over 138,000 work hours without lost time incidents (LTI)<\/li>\n<li>Issued over 1,500 LOC reports<\/li>\n<li>Issued over 2000 Certificates of Approval (CoA)<\/li>\n<li>Attended at over 200 vessel condition &amp; suitability surveys<\/li>\n<li>Attended at over 1400 loadout \/ in operations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Global Project<\/h3>\n<p>This project included site surveyor attendance and operations across multiple global locations:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Fabrication yards and Loadout \/ In operations: Kazakhstan, Korea, Finland, Bulgaria, Germany, China, Russia, Italy<\/li>\n<li>Project Management and technical review: UK<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Additional Scope of Work<\/h3>\n<p>LOC also provided <a href=\"https:\/\/loc-group.com\/services\/consulting-engineering\/marine-engineering-consultancy\/\">marine &amp; engineering consulting<\/a> with regards to the transhipment of modules via the Russian inland waterway systems from either St Petersburg or Rostov on Don through to the Caspian Sea.<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright wp-image-11210 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/loc-group.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/\u0412\u043e\u043b\u0433\u043e\u0433\u0440\u0430\u0434-0095_\u0440\u0435\u0434.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1920\" height=\"996\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em>Photo credit: Tengizchevroil FGP-WPMP<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":7,"featured_media":11209,"template":"","sector":[107],"service":[718,709],"company":[],"class_list":["post-11207","case-study","type-case-study","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","sector-oil-gas","service-surveys-inspections-audits","service-marine-warranty-survey"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO Premium plugin v23.6 (Yoast SEO v27.4) -
